Constellations Workshops. Courses and workshops run throughout the year. For dates see below.
Workshops take place over one or two days with between twelve and twenty participants. Each Issue-holder will have the opportunity to discuss their issue with the facilitator and set-up a constellation, using other group members as representatives of their family system. From this initial 'systemic map', the facilitator will work with the emerging, previously unseen, dynamics to bring resolution to the underlying entanglement. Couples also can attend to seemingly intractable difficulties in their relationship using this approach. As well as addressing their own issues, participants experience a deeper empathy for, and a broader perspective on, common challenges that all families and organisations face. These workshops bring a deep sense of compassion and belonging for all those who participate. Through this process we can see and feel our shared strength and vulnerability with family members and with the rest of humanity. We feel the complex web of interconnection reaching into our present, from generations past, providing a springboard into the future. Please see below for bookings.
Bespoke one to one.
I offer One-to-one sessions as this approach can also be effectively utilised in individual session. . Using a variety of media to explore the family dynamics, this can be a powerful form of therapy. Effective change can be made in a small number of sessions; for some people, one meeting can be sufficient. I offer this work in my Brixton office in South London. Please email me for bookings
